Founded in 2004 by businesswoman Maria Rui Gonçalves, who has over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, and with a team that adds value in other fields such as architecture and law, CASAIN is a real estate boutique dedicated to the curation of exclusive and personalised real estate solutions, designed to find the best options for buying, selling, or renting properties in the Greater Lisbon area, Comporta, and other locations of interest, according to our clients’ profiles.
We have been based in Campo de Ourique since 2006, in the heart of the city — a typically Lisbon neighbourhood, family-oriented and full of life — considered one of Lisbon’s districts with the highest quality of life. It is sought after by both Portuguese and foreigners of various nationalities, being a residential area and, at the same time, one with a strong commercial tradition, reflected in a wide variety of shops and services.
